Vanguard was founded by a group of friends and colleagues with extensive experience in the field of Background Screening, Intelligence & Security Consulting, and Information Technology, acquired through employment in global and local private corporations, and military and intelligence organizations.
Our people are a mix of Background Screening, Information Technology, and BPO industry veterans, as well as new graduates who share a common passion for quality, integrity, and service.
